Refund policy



          RETURNS : 
  • Venza boutique does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do size exchanges. Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available.
  • You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit. 
  • Store credit expires 1 year after issuing and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. 
  • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer

Instructions for Return:

  • You can start the return process by clicking on "Start your Return" on the Footer menu of the site.
  • Your order number and email is required to submit the return.
  • After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you.
  • For defected items, we will review the item and send you a return shipping label, For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return charges for shipping the items back to us.
